Back Order / Pre Order
This feature enables you to take orders while the stock is temporarily unavailable or yet to be released. These orders are routed to the appropriate work order queue for managing and tracking the process lifecycle.
Park & Retrieve Orders
The sales order process occasionally requires that an order is saved can be retrieved at a future date to complete the order. This allows for flexibility and efficiency where the user is not required to start over again.
Reservation Days/ Expiry
Providing a service or product online creates a need to ensure availability is accurately presented. Ordered goods have a corresponding payment required to complete the transaction. Goods that have not been paid for would be released and made available after a set period of time and this period of time can be set using the Reservation Expiry feature.
