Accounting Reports
Accounting Reports show the financial performance and position of the business. The accounting records of daily activities are compiled to generate financial reports to be presented to stakeholders of the business.
Ledger (Purchase & General Ledger coming soon)
When organizations transact with its customers, this is recorded in real-time. The Ledger is the listing of all amounts entered in supporting journals which list individual transactions by date. The Ledger includes the Sales Ledger, Purchases Ledger, and General Ledger. This is extracted to generate the Trial Balance.
Cost of Production
Organizations need to know if they are efficient in the productions of goods and services. The Cost of production refers to the total cost incurred by the organization to produce a specific quantity of a product or offer a service. These reports can be downloaded or viewed on the dashboard.
Statement of Gross Profit/Loss
The Income statement is the most commonly used accounting report which shows the revenue earned during a period less of the business expenses. This shows the performance of a business. These reports can be downloaded or viewed on the dashboard.
Credit Notes
A credit note is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer. These reports can be downloaded or viewed on the dashboard.
Debit Notes
A debit note records an adjustment by a supplier of the amount owed to that supplier by a business. These reports can be downloaded or viewed on the dashboard.
VAT
A value-added tax (VAT) is a consumption tax placed on a product whenever value is added at each stage of the supply chain, from production to the point of sale. It is a form of Indirect Tax. It can be Input or Output Tax. These reports can be downloaded or viewed on the dashboard.

Supplier Reports
The Supplier Reports is mainly to generate information on the activities of Suppliers. This report will include the List of Suppliers,Purchases by Suppliers, Supplier Transactions& Supplier Balances and Days Outstanding
Returns
All returns to a supplier can be viewed on the dashboard or downloaded as reports.
Purchases
This shows a list of all purchases made from the supplier.
Sales Reports
Sales reports are a record of sales activity for a defined period. The reports summarizes activities related to sales including sales, opportunities, new conversions
Inbound Sales Report
The Inbound Sales report generate the sales made by prioritizing individual buyers, their needs, challenges, pain points, and goals based on them reaching out via online channels
Field Sales Report
The Field Sales Report are a summary of sales activity which can be generated daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. This may contain a number of meetings set up, client conversions, average transaction size
Channel Sales
The Channel Sales report provides you a list of all the purchases by your distributors.

Production Reports
Business Intelligent reports such as Inventory History, Age stock Analysis, Products manufactured in a batch, data of raw materials used to produce a batch can be generated to enable the business to make decision based on actual facts. These reports also assist in identifying potential problems before they impact the customer.
Production Staff utilization
This provides insight on how much work resources have covered over a set period. It gives a breakdown of the number of completed task/the number of assigned tasks. These can be measured on a daily/weekly or monthly basis.
Cost of Production Batch
The cost of production batch relates to the production of identical goods and services which can be direct or indirect costs. It is therefore easier to identify particular items impacting profitability.
Batch Tracking
Recalling a batch of defective products can prove to be more difficult than anticipated as a result of the problem of tracing. This feature is guaranteed to assist the manufacturing industry, to trace products from a batch through to the distribution chain using Batch Numbers, Expiry Dates and Serial Numbers.
Inventory & Warehouse Management Reports
These reports provide the lifecycle of the SKUs in each of the Warehouses as well as batch tracking of all finished goods.
SKU’s expiry by date
Sorting of inventory based on the expiration date or by when the product was received into the warehouse ensures that products are being picked based on the product that expires first. The reports on SKU’s by Expiration dates are important to help eliminate the possibility of selling expired goods to consumers.
Finished Goods in Stock
Reports on Finished goods from production through to the date it was received into the warehouse and distributed to consumers allows for effective analysis. This also shows the Financial Cost analysis of goods in stock.
Materials in Production Warehouse
The production warehouse Report shows the stock position, average cost, the products used to manufacture a batch, Batch Number, resource information , Stocktake Comparison, Issuance, expiration date, manufactured date and an aged inventory report.
Materials in Raw Materials Warehouse
The report of Raw materials in the warehouse which varies from direct to indirect materials used for production shows comprehensive details of the supplier, Manufactured and Expiration date, Resources that received and approved into the warehouse, Inventory Issuance, Value and Batch Numbers. This data can be used to perform a detailed analysis of the stock available in the warehouse.
